Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to start the process and select the items you wish to return.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your dot.cards device in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation, to ensure it is protected during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the hardware, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
